IT WAS A LONG PROCESS AND LOTS OF PAPER WORK OUR CASE WAS NOT AN EASY ONE BUT JANIS NEVER GAVE UP EVEN WHEN I WAS SURE IT WAS NEVER GOING TO HAPPEN. SHE ALWAYS ANSWERED MY CALLS AND ALL THE QUESTIONS I HAD AND REASSURED ME WHEN I GOT FRUSTRATED ABOUT THINGS. SHE PROMISED MY HUSBAND AND I SHE WOULD GET IT CLOSED AND SHE DID. I AM SO GLAD JANIS WAS THE PERSON HANDLING OUR REVERSE MORTGAGE , SHE IS AMAZING. THANK YOU JANIS AND THANK YOU REVERSE MORTGAGE.COM MIKE & SANDY C

Michael and Katy were extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the advantages of a Reverse Mortgage and answering all of our questions for us. When we decided to go with your company, MIchael was excellent in staying in touch with us on a very regular basis to keep us posted on how things were going. When we got closer to the process of closing, Katy was also very courteous and helpful in keeping us notified of all actions being taken. We were extremely pleased with all the service we received from both of these fine people. We would gladly recommend your company to anyone who is considering a reverse mortgage.

Katy and Brandi were outstanding. They communicated clearly and quickly with me and each other. They make a good team. I would (and have) recommended them and your company to several people.

I would recommend ReverseMartgages.com to anyone trying to decide if a reverse mortgage is a solution to their financial & home security concerns. The process is time consuming & requirements are many but the outcome is well worth it. Thanks to Brandi & Janis for getting us thru the paper work & answering all our questions. Thanks Marcel & Darlene Boutin.

We are pleased with the service that we received from Reverse Mortgages.com. We had a few glitches along the way, several things were sent to the wrong address, but Brandi and Janis got things back on track quickly. The process did take a little longer than we expected, but we were in no hurry for our money so it was fine. It is good to know that they are both still available if we need them for questions in the future.

Both Brandi and Janis did very well in explaining the complexities of a HECM reverse mortgage. Even though years ago I was a Real Estate Broker, today's RM is a different beast. I perceived just a bit of confusion with forms that seemed to be for any mortgage but they always promptly contacted me to explain. Would recommend again!

When I considered a Reverse Mortgage, I had contacted several Lenders and Jeff Bailey was the most Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient, and Personable person in this Industry. I had been in Banking for many years and was impressed by His qualities. His Staff was very efficient also, without hardly any conditions, a timely closing, and a streamlined funding. I would highly recommend Jeffery Bailey for your Lending needs. Sincerely, Lanora Dunlap

My experience with a reverse mortgage "might" have been one of the most depressing experiences of my life...however, thanks to Heather Martin I was saved that issue! I had many Stop, Detour, Closed, Yield signs along the road, but Heather took them all in stride and never failed to give me hope and encouragement that all would end up fine...it did!! She will not give up working for you to ensure you have a successful outcome and will become a friend doing it, just as she did for me :) I cannot speak highly enough about Heather and Reverse Mortgages.com...I will recommend them both to anyone I know that might be interested in a reverse mortgage! Thank you Heather :)
