ReverseMortgages.comReviews of reversemortgages.com

After being with AAG for 5+ months, and being very frustrated, we heard about ReverseMortgages.com. We are sooooo glad we did. That's when we met Amber Hatcher and Andrea Jackson!! Wow what a difference...they communicated with us and they knew how to handle unusual circumstances. They never gave up and our loan finally became a reality. Needles to say we were very pleased. When you're ready to apply for a reverse mortgage this is the place to go...they are professional and super nice too! Great job Amber and Andrea...thanks so much!!

My Wife and I had an outstanding experience with obtaining this Reverse Mortgage. Our situation was not that easy and straight forward to handle by Heather. She did a fantastic job in helping us and getting everything together. Also we always got answers of questions and step by step instruction and information very fast and accurate. We really appreciate the good and hard work which was done for us. We will recommend this Reverse Mortgages.com and Heather Martin to anyone we hear about who wants to do this. Thank you so very much.

Heather and Michelle communicated often and were always willing to answer any questions clearly and thoroughly. Whenever we needed something from them they always responded in short order. Overall, a fairly smothe process in obtaining the reverse mortgage.

Worked with Adam Garrett and Harry Castilow. Both were professional and took the time to explain how things worked and what to expect. They helped us find the necessary information and made sure that we were happy with the counseling that we got. Very good experience.

I worked with both Abbey and Sarah and could not have had a more pleasant experience. Through no fault of their own, there were several "hiccups" but they did their best to solve them in an expeditious manner. Other companies I made inquiries to called with very hard sell techniques. Just the opposite with Abigail and then with Sarah. I was very pleased and would give them the highest recommendation possible! Michael Hodges

I contacted several reverse mortgage companies. The reason I went with Reverse Mortgages.com was Heather Martin. Heather was knowledgeable, professional, thorough and responsive. But more than that, Heather was always patient (I ask a lot of questions), kind and warm. I trusted her to do what was best for me, and she did.

This was my first experience in applying for a reverse mortgage so I had a lot of questions in order to decide whether this was what I wanted to do. My first call was answered by a real person, Amber, and she was very helpful in answering any question that I might have and gave a quick description of how the process would go without any pressure to apply. After deciding that this seemed like what I wanted to do, I gave her the information that she needed and shortly thereafter received a complete package that let me make my eventual decision to go ahead with the application. Throughout the whole process, Amber, and later Katy, were always quickly responsive to any questions that came up and kept me informed as to what needed to be done next. They were both very pleasant and easy to work with and my application moved along very quickly to its final approval and closing. An added bonus was that I was not financial responsible for the numerous closing costs during this process. I would definitely recommend this company. Jim

My wife and I were very satisfied with the help we got from Adam and Harry. They were very professional, efficient and thorough in their efforts to help us. after being educated on the program we did not have a great deal of questions but we got answers very quickly. The process althoough involved went very smoothly and according to others very, very quickly. eliminating our mortgage payment will mean an easier retirement and less worrying about our finances. We recommend this company to anyone interested in the benefits of a reverse mortgage. Sincerely, Peter and Marilyn L.
