We submitted 6 offers before Ribbon and none got accepted so I told my client about Ribbon and explained it to him. Turning our next offer into cash with Ribbon was how I was able to get my next offer accepted

We were supposed to close on a new construction home 2 days ago, on June 24th. We’ve already paid Ribbon $6,207 out of our pockets for their fees. And trust me, it’s ONLY their fees so you might as well look at it like money lost. We found out TWO days prior to closing that Ribbon needed ANOTHER TWO WEEKS to close. The Ribbon employee was obviously not competent to complete this transaction. Then that same employee went on vacation for 10 days! P.S. His name is Nebu for future reference. Trying to find housing for myself, husband, 19 year old son and an 11 year old boy PLUS 2 cats and a dog…well, it has been exhausting. Also, trying to rearrange the POD delivery, new appliance delivery, the AirBnb we’re renting (had to find another one QUICKLY so we weren’t homeless), the final walk through with their team… it has been SO STRESSFUL. If we had to do this all over, I would NEVER use the Ribbon program. I feel like we’ve thrown so much money away and their fees and the cost for an additional 2 weeks of housing is crazy.

Ribbon allowed my FHA buyer the opportunity to purchase a home and rent until eligible to purchase. Everyone was extremely helpful and patient as this was my first transaction from the buyer side. Great experience.
