Ribbon HomeReviews of ribbonhome.com

Working with Ribbon was a seamless process. My client & I are very pleased. Thank you Ribbon for helping make the WINNING OFFER!

Deceptive marketing. Read the fine print. Ribbon doesn't step in to buy the home with cash if the closing date is delayed due to financing like MULTIPLE sales reps has personally told me and countless others. Will be letting everyone know about my experiece.

Program delivered enabling client to buy before selling current home.

My advisor, Sara, has consistently been helpful in all my transactions with Ribbon. She goes above and beyond, and CRAZY resourceful! While transactions can be complex, the Ribbon team has ensured simplicity when it comes to the interaction. Thx!

Brooke is AMAZING! Not only did she work closely with me to make sure that I fully understood how to win contracts with Ribbon. But she also took the time to connect with the listing agent who had never heard of Ribbon before. Brooke was able to advocate for our position and got us under contract by explaining all of the ways that our Ribbon offer would help the seller. Our Charlotte, NC team works with many buyers in very tough situations we will 100% be utilizing Brooke and Ribbon in the majority of our offers moving forward. She is truly passionate about what she does and puts her people first! Excited to continue working with her to help our Buyers and Sellers in our fast paced Charlotte, NC market!

Brooke Curtis, my NC account rep, is AMAZING. I had trouble getting some of my top producing realtors on board, here in the Raleigh-Durham area, and also in Charlotte. Brooke is so professional and on the ball, she was able to bring my realtors on board with Ribbon, instill confidence in the program, and effectively sent multiple new deals my way. She has been such a breath of fresh air. She makes using the Ribbon program a BREEZE for my clients, and my realtors. She is a crucial part of my new business platform in this competitive NC market. Thank you Brooke and Ribbon!

In a very complicated market, Ribbon has been a useful tool for me and my clients. Brooke Curtis is my designated account manager for the Charlotte NC market and she's always readily accessible and willing to help, even calls to check in on me and my clients--how nice is that? Many thanks!!

Ribbon is a valued tool in my tool belt to help my buyers win multiple offer situations. Sara Al Ibraham, my Ribbon advisor, is available during odd hours and by some chance if she is not, someone else steps in and fills the gap. Ribbon is an I Buyer that is Agent friendly and I have recommend and taught classes on how to properly utilize Ribbon to gain leverage in this competitive market. Stephen Jones
