This is going to be very long. In a nutshell. My husband and I went looking for a vehicle just to take us from home to work. Nothing major, nothing expensive as we already have our Two vehicles at home. We wanted something that was good on mileage and gas. Allow me to say the sales lady from Brazil Alejandra was awesome. Kind. Respectful. Patient. Long story short. After we settled on the vehicle. Things turned for the worst experience ever!! AGAIN not with the sales lady. I'll say this. If you are paying cash for a vehicle. Be sure to DEMAND a manager be present when paying. Be sure the cashier is old enough to count that amount of cash. Be sure someone else is there to TRIPLE count. I still have no idea why a large company would not have the counting machine as the bank. Why have a 21 years old person counting large sum of cash all day. By now it was about 8pm. We've been there since 9am. I am going to email Rita and explain to her exactly what happened. I almost called channel 7 news. I pride myself on being an honest person. So, this is my honest review.

I worked with Marcos and he was so nice !! I wasn’t comfortable being inside the dealer due to covid and they brought out the car to me and let me wait inside my car. He went above and beyond ! Thank you
