Item to small. No exchanges or refunds. I do not do business with companies that have these policies. First and last order from my family.

Hi Katharine, That is not our policy. We stand behind every order 100%. Let us assist you and please contact [email protected] so we can address your concern.

RockMerch did a great job with my exchange by sending me a store credit. However, the shirt that I exchanged for is bigger than the one I sent back. And the tag inside of the last shirt was removed. So I wonder, did I get the same size or bigger shirt because maybe the smaller size was unavailable?

Hi J. B., Not sure what happened with that second shirt but let [email protected] know and we’ll get you 100 percent set. Thanks! RockMerch

So disappointed in your Customer Service ! On July 25, 2022, I placed a T-Shirt order with you. The tee was too small so I returned it on August 12, 2022 with your RMA number. I was supposed to receive from you a Store Credit which was to include the original outbound shipping cost for this item. As of this date, November 1, 2022, I still have not yet received my Store Credit !! I will not order from RockMerch again nor recommend them !

Dear TrustPilot Visitors, Per our responses to this customer below, we have let them know that they were issued their store credit approximately two months ago. We re-sent the credit to them as well. They have not responded regarding this matter and have not corrected their review to reflect that they already received the credit. We have no control to remove an inaccurate review even when we can document that the review is not factual. Best regards, RockMerch -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Susan, Please review our note below and utilize the credit since it was issued previously. Please also correct your review since it is not accurate. We stand behind every order 100%. If you have any further concerns, please contact [email protected]. Thank you! Hi Susan, We researched this issue for you. You were issued Store Credit on Thursday September 8th. Possibly you overlooked it or check your spam/junk folders. We also just re-sent it as well. As mentioned previously, we stand behind all of our customer orders 100%. That's the only reason to be in business. Customers are everything to us. Once you verify that you were timely issued store credit, we kindly request that you update your review so that potential customers are properly informed about our 100% commitment to each and every customer and each and every order. Thank you for being our customer! RockMerch 🤘
