Ordered a shirt almost a month ago now and it hasn’t even shipped yet. No communication either so I emailed CS asking about it and still nothing back yet. Will never shop here again.

I find that your prices and shipping speed are basically the same as other companies. Where RockMerch excels is the far superior quality of the printing and the fabric of the T-shirts. Excellent quality product!

Delivery times took too long. Merchandise is poor quality for price paid. Most of the shirts I purchased three months ago have already been thrown away. Did not last.

Decent merchandise; it’s basically as advertised in terms of quality and expectations however the customer service is extremely poor. I placed 3x separate orders and the fastest to arrive was 1month, which strikes me as a long time to simply press and ship a medium AC/DC shirt. One shirt was lost completely in shipping and the reason I’m awarding two stars rather than one is because I received a refund after 7 weeks elapsed and I submitted an email inquiry. The customer service replies (when they do occur) are cold, bland, unapologetic, impersonal, and offer no helpful insight or situational context for resolution. I do not recommend this site/company. There are other merchandise companies to use.
