Reliable, well trained and caring pet sitter. My cat was well cared for and warmed to my sitter immediately. She visited twice daily for 7 days to feed and clean up the litter box and did an excellent job. My cats’ dishes were washed and stacked neatly and the house was pristine.

So far 2/3, I had 1 sitter back out about 2 weeks out. But on the flip side of same coin, I had a great sitter step up and help me. This past sitter was Awsome, they spoiled my dogs so bad that they didn't want to leave. Yes that makes my dogs traitors but that says a lot about the sitters.

The website is not user friendly or easy to navigate changing times of appointments, type of appointments, dates/times. The support line is of no support. Lastly, in my opinion, the emails in addition to the text messages is too much and confusing.

Found a great couple through Rover.com who takes care of our pet like their own. I still do and will recommend rover and this particular sitter to my family and friends.

Ease of finding a sitter, got a great sitter and her communication with me was great. Made me comfortable leaving my cat for the days I needed to be away. Mary Evelyn is the best.

The process was easy to understand and working through the system was also quite easy. As long as you have providers like Caitlyn you will continue to get good reviews
