Sasha is an older dog who's very attached to us. Sharon provided a nurturing home for her while we were away. She followed our instructions on every level. She texted us with updates and even sent a photo of Sasha sleeping contentedly. Sasha was definitely happy with Sharon.

Horrible app. Took 1 hr to set up an account, and then asking for $20 for registration. MUGS

I thought all went well until I received an annoying phone call to follow up on an incident report my sitter made without my knowledge or any communication. My room smells terribly like urine due to a 15 year old dog that pees everywhere. I have to clean it everyday and it is not good. I wish my sitter would have told me that they weren't comfortable.

Nathaneal is dependable, courteous and attentive to our little kitten! He is kind and responsible. We cannot thank him enough for how he has eased our mind on the proper care of our little kitten!

I felt confident hiring through a service because I felt the sitters would have been vetted, that a backup could be selected should the person I chose become unavailable, and I liked paying by credit card to a third-party monitor. I used Rover for peace of mind after having had a horrific experience with a highly recommended independent sitter. I selected Mackenzie through Rover and I highly recommend her. It was a positive and comforting experience.

My experience with Rover so far has been great! I found a wonderful sitter who stayed with my dog who has some separation anxiety right now. The app is very easy to use and I was happy to find people who live close by me!
