I picked a senior Rover sitter who could mirror our home environment for our dog. She had great reviews, hosted a meet and greet ahead if our dogs stay. She had great communication skills before, during and after our stay.

Updates and pictures everyday. I am amazed at how awesome Shelly took care of my fur babies. Every one was joyful and especially my border collie, Mel. Before, when I would be gone, Mel would pout and sulk. This time I came in the door to an extra happy pup with her ball. She even took extra care of the house. First time using the ‘Rover app’. Very happy 😃

All of the sitters are vetted and background checked. It was easy to browse and book the sitter. All of the payment operations were seamless. My dogs love the sitter! Easy breezy with peace of mind (priceless)!

I appreciated many things about this service. This was our first time using it. I loved the daily updates with photos and sometimes videos showing how our two cats were doing. The person who visited them each day did pretty much everything I asked of her and even went above the call of duty in mopping up with enzymatic cleaner when our elderly cat peed outside her litter box, which she sometimes does these days. The cost was a little high, but I didn’t have other viable options and the service was really solid.

Trustworthy, offers a wide choice of potential sitters to choose from, our sitters were very loving to our puppy Marla. She was overwhelmed with joy when they came back to collect something they left behind after the sitting job. Marla looked happy and healthy when we returned after 2 weeks. They left our home clean when we came back.
