RussianFloraReviews of russianflora.com

Quality flowers and chocolates, fast and on time delivery, and trustworthy customer service. I've been using them for many years.

Hello, I just wanted to give an amazing praise in regards to the order # 1571235488 . First of all-the person who delivered the flowers-was absolutely fun and great. The Flowers were spectacular, and also you have included the card-thank you. This is my second time using your services-and I have nothing but praise!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!

this is as good as it gets. i selected the flowers, delivery date, and recipient; paid for them via a secure payment vendor, and received immediate confirmation of my order by email. Next i received a link to check order status; and when the flowers were delivered, i received a text message. the flowers were delivered on time and my girlfriend loved them. The pictures she sent to me match the image shown on the website how can they improve? I think their are less expensive alternatives for flower delivery in Rostov-on-don, Russia, and the selection was modest. But that information was available to me before i ordered. Despite these two points, i am quite sure i will use this company again--they deliver high quality flowers on time and that exactly match your order

Site sérieux avec un service de qualité irréprochable. Produit livré en conformité avec les photos exposées. Je suis très satisfait et bien évidement réutiliserai vos services dans le futur.

Great service, will use them again

Amazing service the kept me up to date every step of the journey. As soon as there was a problem ie. Wrong address and wrong contact number, they got in touch with me to resolve it. They couldn't find the address the first time and no one answered their call, so they asked for more help from me and i just sent a photo of the building door and explained the situation of the building. Next thing i know the flowers were delivered within the hour. Great service, will use them again
