RussianFloraReviews of russianflora.com

There are hundreds of flower delivery to Russia sites. What made your’s stand out was top notch quality products, delivered on time, and with personal touch. Tracking you offer, along with status updates thoughtfully removes unnecessary customer worries. My most recent encounter with one of your representatives Tanya Taylor has solidified my belief that your team is a true class act. A simple misunderstanding in perception of longstem flower concept was handled by Tanya with grace, attentiveness, and natural ease. Instead of usual hook ‘how about 20% off your next order?’, she totally won me as a customer by sending my friend a very respectable bottle of French champagne. It that is not Old World Class Act, then I do not know what is! 👏👏👏 Thank You, Tanya! You have brightened my and my friend’s day!

Very patient and knowledgeable service for an English family in England sending a gift basket to Russian friends in Russia - we were able to change and adjust the basket contents to contain the items that we really wanted to send. We then had a problem as the Russian end was not at home when the gift was delivered. Russian flora then went to considerable trouble to find the recipients and deliver the gift on time. Excellent service and product we will be sure to use them again.

I ordered a gift basked. The quality of the products was poor and not adequate to the price. It was changed from what was seen on the site and the final product cost was pretty lower. However, The customer service contacted me, apologized for the situation and proposed either some more sweets to be delivered or to give me some money back, which I appreciate.

Nice choice of products, frequent information on the delivery process, photo of the final product before delivery, everything was perfet!

This is certainly the best site to make your best choice to make your lovely people delighted. They don't only offer to you different well-done sets of gifts, you also can choose and customize them by anything which u think is the best idea to surprise to anybody whom u want. And something which it made they really amazing is their "after sale" where they have phone verification and really kind people to do it making your intentions one of the most beautiful experiences towards make your people smile and feel happy!. Thank you so much guys!.

I have been dealing with russianflora services for almost the past two years, and am really impressed by the way they always managed to deliver gifts and flowers to the recipient I was willing to make smile. And this despite coronavirus crisis, and potential delivery difficulties! Thank you!
