They keep withdrawing money from my account. The reason I no longer have this company is because they had my equipment about 1.5 miles from the job site I dropped it on, two different times. Those people's house that I pulled up to could ended badly for both of us

Excellent concept yet to be nailed. Very pushy sales reps similar to godaddy. You have to request footage from cloud and it only comes out in little short clips you cannot watch a whole route or a little longer than a min or so. No actual live view / it doesn’t work just snaps of pictures. 3 year contract and price makes it a no as far as decision making with better onboard dvr devices that have LTE or WiFi transmission with more cameras (outdoor waterproof cameras) and more makes it easy to steer clear of samsara. They try to sell you on value but can’t stand behind selling a good product by locking you into a 3 year contract instead of allowing you to use a “amazing” product and staying with them because it works....

I have filled out online request for sales, no call back. I have called their 415 number and spoke with someone whom directed me to their industrial products but the person was not in. Told I would receive a call back, did not get. Either their business is really booming or they dont care to connect to potential customers.

Like others, I was told there wasn't an early termination fee. I have two separate companies that use Samsara. The one company sold a truck and I wasn't planning on purchasing a new truck. I called to cancel and was told the ETF was $561 or one year of service. After numerous phone calls, I was told it is what is. I even have an email from our sales rep who said the below: "Hi Alex, It is a three year agreement so we ask all of our customers to honor that agreement for the full three years. At the end of the agreement, we do not auto-renew so the customer may terminate the agreement when they like. For one-off circumstances, we would bring in our finance team to determine the best plan for both parties. An example of one of these circumstances would be if a customers company went out of business. Best, Patrick Patrick Shunney | Samsara, Inc. | Account Executive - Northeast" That means one off circumstances would be selling a truck. However, the finance team doesn't want to acknowledge it. A few months later, my other company bought a new truck, so I called to see if I could transfer the one camera, that is in a box on the shelf, to the other account. It would seem logically, that way I am still paying for it and actually using it. The finance team said no. I would have to pay the ETF and then order a brand new one.
