My loveseat was delivered with what looked like a large rub mark that occurred during shipping. The Scout and Nimble team worked with me to offer a discount on the product and they also sent a furniture repairman to see what could be done. I’m glad I took the offer because the repairman did a fantastic job. Thank you to the S&N team for facilitating! They were always responsive and helpful throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome.

Great customer service! My lampshade was damaged in the delivery process. I worked with Kileigh in customer service, and she resolved the issue right away and followed up to ensure I was happy with the results.

Even though my order was initially delivered incorrectly, the customer team went above and beyond to make it right. They made sure the correct item was delivered quickly and arranged for the wrong item to be picked up without any hassle. Honestly, mistakes happen, but the way they handled everything made a huge difference. The two girls I spoke with were the sweetest most helpful reps I have dealt with when ordering online. They were kind, professional, and genuinely cared about getting this sorted out. Highly recommend based on their amazing service!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! DELIVERY TIMES ARE HIDDEN AND MISLEADING. MUST CLICK ON A LINK, SCROLL TO BOTTOM OF PAGE AND FIGURE OUT YOUR SIZE OF PACKAGE TO KNOW, WITHIN A 4-WEEK WINDOW WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED. UNSCRUPULOUS. I ordered a mirror online on April 14th, expecting delivery, in at least one week. I found out, only be clicking on a "Shipping Information" link to their website, and scrolling down the page, that it will take 10-15 business days to process and another 2-4 weeks for delivery. They only give you 24 hourse to cancel the order and now I will be out of the country when it arrives. I called customer service and they said they could not cancel the order, although it takes them 10-15 business days to process it.

Scout and nimble has provided a ton of decor and furnishing for my personal house and clients! They are always responsive and quick to address any issues! Love working with them!

I wouldn’t shop anywhere else. Being in the design industry, I have trade accounts with many different companies. Between the pricing I receive and the immediate support response time, this company is hard to beat. This is now my 4th order I’ve placed with Scout & Nimble over the past several months, and other than 1 of the several items I’ve ordered showing up damaged, that they immediately replaced, all other experiences have been better than expected. Purchased the item in Oct and they had a promise date of November. Which turned into Dec. Which turned into Jan when they took payment. But that turned into Feb. Over promise and under deliver. No proactive calls. I reached out to some of the leaders there including the owners via social media. Nothing. Would never spend a nickel there. the worst on line purchase experience in my life.
