Although the piece I ordered took 4 months to receive and the piece wasn’t in perfect condition when it arrived the team at scout and nimble were very responsible and offered a discount right away because of the defect in product.

The staff is very courteous and responds very quickly to emails. I filed a claim for a sideboard I purchased and received very impressive customer service.

It's 5 weeks later and my order still hasnt even reached the fulfillment center which was estimated to take 1-4 weeks. I've checked in with customer service and each time there's been very little interest in helping -- basically saying it's out of their hands and to keep waiting. At this point, I've given up and will not be ordering via this vendor again.

I received an incorrect item. When i reached out to return, i was told 7-10 days to hear back on process. 13 days later, still no response. I got the enail to review, but not info on returning the wrong item. Very disappointed.
