Customer Service was excellent! One chair came damaged and another missing. Hayley, from S&N, was so helpful and attentive in getting me 2 new chairs. And they came before the holidays, which was a huge bonus! Thank you!

I ordered 3 counter stools from Scout & Nimble; one came slightly damaged. I immediately reached out to the Customer Care Team, and they were extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. They replaced the stool free of charge and let me keep the old one. They respond in under 24 hours and are such a nice team to work with! The stools are also beautiful!

My light arrived with a small issue on the shade and they were quick to help and send a new shade! I know a lot of online stores drop ship these days and you have to give credit where credit is due on how quick they responded to making it right with me.

I ordered a light fixture through Scout and Nimble that was delivered damaged. When I reached out to customer service to resolve the issue, they asked if I was open to receiving a discount and keeping the damaged item. The next email I received was a week later, and it was an automated notification that a replacement part had been sent, without them taking my response to their first question into account or even asking if I was interested in a replacement. The replacement part that was delivered, almost 2 weeks after I had initially filed the complaint, was the WRONG part. I didn't realize this until I had an electrician already in the middle of installing the fixture. All the company could offer when I reached out was 'oh ok we'll send another replacement'! I requested a discount for the inconvenience and added cost, and they refused to offer it. Overall extremely poor customer service experience, I would be weary of ordering from Scout & Nimble.

We’re sorry to hear you feel disappointed by your experience. Our team was in touch throughout your claim process, and a replacement part was sent promptly after confirmation from our supplier. While the incorrect part was an unfortunate error from the manufacturer, we placed a new replacement order immediately and have continued to monitor the shipment to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We always aim to make things right as quickly as possible and truly regret if this caused frustration for you. We appreciate your feedback! Scout & Nimble
