Exceptional service. Sellmycellphone made it easy to sell a device I did not want. The phone was bought for a family member, who was unable to get a transfer pin from there wireless provider. Mint mobile would not take the phone back per their 7 day policy. Fortunately I found Sellmycellphone and was able to recover most of my money. Thank you Sellmycellphone

Let me start by saying at first I wasn’t happy with them. Phone got a low ball offer from The initial quote and I was mad. Didn’t like the situation and felt cheated. Daniel, the supervisor, reached out to me and treated me like a human, and wanted to explain and then listen to my take. We worked together and it ended not 100% like I wanted but definitely on way more solid ground. Turned a 1 star into a 4 star. Kudos Daniel.
