had a broken screen on my phone, and Samsung Servify was able to ship a replacement the following day. They didn’t have the exact color I originally had, which was the limited pink Fold, but they still provided a different color option right away. Overall, everything went great. The process was fast, smooth, and efficient.

They made submitting a claim very easy. There was a quick response approving the claim and I had my replacement device a day later. I have dealt with "warranty" situations with large cell providers and they never made it easy or quick to get help. I will purchase from Samsung direct from now on because of their Samsung Care+.
