Took FOREVER to get my Ray Ban parts, but they were good are replying and they did give me 15% off because it took so long. They also offered to refund my money a couple of times. So, yeah, the delay was ridiculous, but they were at least nice about things.

I completed the information for parts for my ray bans. Filled in the sunglasses ID number for screws. The number of screws in a packet was somewhat misleading. It was $5 per screw and they were the wrong ones. It took one month to receive but charge hit cred card right away. Unfortunately there are 2 different sized screws on the glasses. There was no way to tell from the website and there were no options to choose the appropriate one.

Where to begin! :(. Unbelievably bad! I ordered my temples February 27th, it is now 3 months later and I am preparing to return ship the wrong temples that where sent over 2 months late, after apparently being ordered unsuccessfully 3 or 4 times. My early enquiries where greeted with irritated sounding and rude responses, though I was eventually connected to a rep who at least was able to be civil and attempted to be helpful. At no point has any attempt to expedite been made. This experience with this company is turning a lifelong RayBan customer into someone who will never again buy RayBan products. Appallingly bad customer experience, the worst I've ever had. An absolute joke. They seem to have a monopoly on these products, and they behave like it.

Though it took a while to reach me in Dubai and the shipping charge was close to the price of the product, I got what I needed and that made me happy..

The lens temple tips I ordered for my RB3269 were well packaged and fit great. Unfortunately when I ordered them I didn't see a crack in the frames around one of the arms. When I tried to get the right lens to pop into place the lens cracked. So great product but just confirm that your frames are sound before ordering. Also at 94 dollars if you aren't 100% comfortable with switching out your lenses you may want to just pay the 150 bucks for a new pair of sun glasses.
