I ordered replacement ear socks for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Even though I was assured by Customer service, they were the wrong part. It took so long to get them and I was so disgusted that I don't even want to deal with it anymore

It's is easy enought to order from them but delivery times are terrible it has been over three weeks and I have not recieved my order.

I purchase ray ban lens and I sooke to a representative and he told me that if I purchased the green or gray lens they would have the lego but when I received them they did not I emailed them and they told me that is what I ordered I explain that not what I asked for so it took me 1 week to get someone to help which I still did not have the right ones I will not purchase any more from them first time last time so I would think twice before I purchase from them

I placed my order with ShadesDaddy on the 23 Mar 17, and it is now the 6th May 17 at the time of writing this review, and I still haven't received my order, and am unsure when (if ever) they will arrive. If I'd had any knowledge that it would have taken this long to receive my product then I would never have wasted my money ordering through this company. Where's my stuff!!!

Over 6 years of respective buying I have never had reason to complain. Every pair of sunglasses ordered has arrived within the allotted time frame. I live in Australia and have referred dozens of family and friends to ShadesDaddy.

I received the wrong sized lenses and I have emailed to get them exchanged for the bigger size and I have gotten no reply. This is frustrating.
