I placed an order using a promo code, SD sent me damaged frames with scratches. I messaged support and asked for a replacement, they didn't say anything but sent an automated return email. I sent the frames in for a refund and am still waiting. The promo code is now expired and SD says that promo codes can't be applied to the frames, so I can't replace my original order. Overall just a waste of time, but that's the price of discount frames.

the replacement hinge i purchased for my ray bans were oversized. did not fit. i contacted them and advised them of what was going on and sent in pictures as well and still no answer.

I broke arm (temple) piece and I found the correct model # of the RayBan sunglasses only at ShadesDaddy, took them to eyeglass store in Macy’s and they replaced arm in minutes. $56 instead of new pair.
