ShadeDaddy.com has gone out of their way to take care of my problem. I could not ask for a more helpful company, when finding a part for my Ray Ban glasses. Initially we had the wrong part , but they were quick to address the problem and worked diligently to make all things correct. I will continue to contact them for any eyeglass problem I may have. First class place.

Claim to sell "authentic" products but my item was a knock-off. I was also charged $40.00 for the shipping AFTER the order was confirmed. All in all, would not recommend.

The $40.00 that you were charged covered the shipping , taxes, and fees since it is an international order. Unfortunately you requested to return this item for a refund and we explained , that you needed to ship back the product since it had already been delivered.
