Dear Heather,
We are very sorry that your experience was not reflective of the high standards that our customers are accustomed to. Having spent considerable time communicating with you about this topic privately before this public post, I am fully aware of your frustration and our offer to provide you with free postage is still available should you change your mind and choose to accept it.
As we discussed in our conversations, when you requested to change your address-of-record, all future shipping labels were printed to reflect that new address (even if the shipping label on the package you send in is different from the new address...as was the case for your Florida package). We designed this system to give our customers flexibility to send packages to other addresses because many of our customers do order our service as a gift to others, and many of our customers travel between multiple addresses and benefit from this flexibility. Because we never received a request from you to change your address back to the old address, we had no authorization to do so and therefore, the package that you wanted to go to Florida went to Massachusetts (the last address you requested us to change your address of record to). You'll recall that immediately after you contacted us, we responded by updating your address to the Florida one and with the solution to send extra postage to your contact in Massachusetts so that they could send the package back to you free of charge. Our satisfaction guarantee is indeed applied to the sharpening service, however, we want the overall experience to be excellent for our customers and so we do apologize that you were not fully satisfied with your experience.
Again, we would appreciate the opportunity to fix this for you and send you free postage to have your package sent from your contact in Massachusetts to Florida if you change your mind and choose to accept this. Thank you for sharing your experience and for allowing us an opportunity to serve you.

Again Heather, we are very sorry that your experience was not reflective of the standards that we have and the history of our customers' experience. We understand your frustration and sympathize with your unique situation. As is evident from the fact that we have so few negative customer service reviews, I hope that you will understand that we strive to provide our customers with every possible solution to meet their needs.
Sincerely,
