The dryer ROCKS! It's compact and has good power to dry those thick undercoats. We are so impressed se we bought a second one and a third one is being ordered today!

I truly appreciate the superb level of customer service I received. I have a Typhoon blower/dryer and because the power cord was pulled severely it actually broke the white wire tab on the power board. I did not want to send the unit back so Alfredo sent me a new board. I received it a few days later but the board was different. When I called Alfredo he responded by sending me a picture of how the new board was wired. I followed along and now everything is working. Alfredo actually offered a live video chat with a Shernbao technician if I got stuck.
