I am a professional groomer and owner of a salon for over 10 yrs and there dryers are hands down the best ones I've ever used. Quiet, extremely convenient nozzle changing and easy to clean without having to take everything apart. Also, pretty colors to choose from! The dremel is also a nice light weight, quiet nail grinder for those pets that are leary abput the noise and vibration.

We have a Shernbao dryer that I use weekly. The German Shepherds get dusty running in the yard or the dog park. This blower, on the high setting, works well to rid them of any dust, dandruff and loose hair that accumulates in their coats. When they are bathed, twice a year, the blower dries them quickly. I lost one of the attachments and needed a new plate for the back of the dryer. I ordered them here. They were reasonably priced and both came to my home quickly. I am on the third hose as the GSDs like to bite them. I didn't know about this site or I would have ordered the replacement hoses here. They are less expensive than on Amazon.

I had a small problem with my first dryer, but they promptly replaced it. The products are fantastic. I wish I knew about their products sooner.

Very great company to deal with. Customer service was very reasonable and helpful with my situation. They were quick to answer any questions I had, as well as contacting me when there was new information about my order. The reason I did not give the 5th star is because I feel as if the website could be more Canadian friendly. When I placed my order on the website I was not let known that I would have to pay for extra shipping/customs. This issue was resolved by a phone call from Shernbao USA to let me know of these charges. Having this information on the website while purchasing a product would give Canadians a better idea on what they would be spending. I did second guess my order at first but customer service was very helpful with this situation which was why I decided to go through with the order. Thank you so much 😊

hours after I placed my order my payment info was compromised, someone trying to buy stuff online... dont trust the website and the item I ordered ended up sucking. way. overpriced too.

No integrity to their products and absolutely trrrible customer service. Bought two dryers and each broke within two months. There is no accommodations being made from this company.
