From order to delivery processes everything went easily and well. I received my beautifully and thoughtfully packed for safe transit parcel in a timely manner containing my metal sign and wooden plaque with stand and they are beautiful. Brightened my mood and they are just as pictured and expected. Shineful has a very broad range for one's self or for gifts for all areas and occasions and I am happy with the quality. I had an issue with one of several orders not arriving and I reached out. Amelia kindly asked for photos of all I had received and the postage bag labels but I no longer had them. Straight away she replaced the missing items which arrived very promptly by DHL today. They do a lot towards making genuine and honest customers happy with their shopping experience. Thank you Shineful

I received a large one but not a tiny one. I guess they were intended to deliver jointly. Anyway, my wife loves it. Thank you

Dear valued customer, Thank you for your message! The wallet was shipped separately, which is why it didn’t arrive together with the other item. It should be on its way, and we hope you’ll receive it soon! We’re so happy to hear that your wife loves it! That truly means a lot to us. If there’s anything else we can do for you, just let us know. Wishing you both all the best!

I ordered a 3-piece bedspread set with beautiful floral horse design as a birthday gift for my daughter. It included a cozy blanket throw with the same horse design as a bonus. Shineful kept me updated with the status of the order and it was delivered on time. We are very pleased with the look of the bedspread set—just as pictured. Since my daughter just received her gift, she has not yet needed to wash, so we can't report on how the fabric will hold up after washing. But, so far we are very pleased!

We appreciate your feedback and understand that you haven't had a chance to see how the fabric holds up after washing. If you ever have any updates, we’d love to hear from you.
