Hi Esther Killham, We're truly sorry for the disappointment and frustration this has caused. It’s possible your package was missing items, and that’s never the experience we want for our customers. Please help us resolve this quickly by sending a photo of the items you did receive to our email — we’ll check the issue right away and make sure you get the missing pillowcases. Thank you so much for your patience and for bringing this to our attention. Best regards,
Suzan M.
The wallet was delivered first with a broken zipper, no tags on it. The quality is a 1 out of 5, cannot be leather, looks like vinyl, smelled like cheap perfume, looked used or returned. I have seen better quality at Dollar Gerneral and Walmart for better prices. The matching medium sized bag has not been delivered (why weren't they mailed together, the wallet would have fit inside the bag)? Overall, I am very disappointed and would like a full refund. These items look cheap. You asked for honesty and I would not recommend anyone wasting their money, time, on this product. I received all these "quality" checks during the process, yet received a wallet with a broken zipper.

Hi Suzan, We're truly sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely appreciate your honest feedback. We ship wallets separately from bags in many cases to better protect the items during transit and avoid any risk of damage from packing them tightly together, especially when the bag structure could be affected. However, it’s clear that your wallet did not arrive in the condition we promised, and for that, we deeply apologize. We’ve already sent you an email to assist you further, including addressing the broken zipper and your concern about the overall quality. Kindly check your inbox (and spam folder just in case), and reply when you're able. We're committed to resolving this and making things right for you. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. Best regards,
Helen
