I ordered an cordless mop in August all I recieved were the cloths do not buy from buymybestitem I have tried to contact them numerous times but have not received a reply disgusting

This company is terrible. I paid for three items and they only shipped two. I have been emailing them back and forth and they don't want to refund my money. The two items they mailed are the wrong size and are of very poor quality. I have had a nightmare trying to make them give my money back. I will never ever use them again. Please learn from my experience and don't do the same mistake.

the 1 star comment is true . they didn't send out my product for 45 days with providing a fake tracking no. i already report to other website and pay pal. i am the real user, the 5 stars comment i suspect are fake
