I spoke with Jessie twice talking about the different seats, and the application I was going to use them in. His knowledge of the product was very helpful in my decision to purchase the seats. I am looking forward to recieving them in December.

ANNA IS GREAT PERSON TO DEAL WITH . WHEN I MEASURED FOR FOR MY FURNITURE I DID SO WITH MY 2 SLIDES EXTENDED . I HAVE HAD 3 BUSES WITH 4 SLIDES AND WHEN MEASURING FOR CARPET I DISCOVERED THAT ALL FURNITURE WAS TOO BIG . I CALLED AND ANNA SAID NO PROBLEM , REWORKED THE ORDER AND CHARGED ME A VERY SMALL FEE AS THEY WERE ALMOST FINISHED WITH MY ORDER . EVEN WITH THESE CHANGES MY ORDER CAME IN 5 DAYS EARLIER THAN QUOTED. THE BUILD QUALITY IS EXCELLENT AND MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS THE FOAM PADDING ON SOFA AND DINETTE BOOTHS BE A TAD SOFTER .

I can only speak to the ordering process. Obviously until the order is fulfilled and I have used the product I can not comment on other aspects. That said, Clara Hinojosa was an absolute gem! She sent me multiple estimates as I was continuing to refine what I wanted to order. She was quick to get additional information for me and answer quesitons. As for product knowledge, she was very competent and was honest about what she knew and what she didn't know. She even promptly took requests via voicemail and correctly sent me the updated information I sought. Throughout the process she was positive, and exceptionally polite and respectful. As a business owner, I would hire Clara (and promote) her in a heart-beat! I sincerely hope the fulfillment side of my experience with Shop4Seats.com is as terrific as the ordering side. Naturally I hope the same for the products themselves.
Creepy
