Richard was outstanding in getting my recliner repaired even after i called the first time and was not happy. He behaved very professionally and respectfully. Thank you. I will definitely shop your site again and spread the word. I say this solely because of Richard's professionalism. And yes we are happy with the recliner.

I ordered a swivel seat base for the passenger seat in my 99 Ford E250. The item shipped when they said it would and arrived well packed. I just installed it yesterday and everything works great!

Working with Shop4Seats was everything I expected and more. Great product that fits perfectly on my RV. From the order process to delivery, it was a positive experience. Quality exceeded expectations. The only installation question I had was promptly and professionally answered with an emailed video to guide me. Working with John throughout the process was great. Knows the products. Knows how to guide the customer to success.

Shop4Seats customer service is friendly and accommodating. Communication can be a little sluggish at times, but otherwise helpful. My seats shipped a day or so later than expected, and arrived with a height discrepancy. Someone named John ultimately helped me and worked with me to arrive at a great solution. He was professional and helpful.
