This company was super helpful, I ordered one of their chairs as a christmas gift, however it was delivered at 8:30 pm and I was not aware of its delivery until the next morning, at which point it was missing. Sihoo offered to fully reimburse me or deliver a new chair. They kindly delivered it to a new location as we were unsure we would be able to install security cameras before their speedy delivery. Thank you Sihoo for being so accommodating!

Le service de contact, commande et livraison a été parfait et très réactif (remise qui ne passait pas sur le site directement créditée à mon compte par retour de mail). Livraison rapide, emballage parfait. Un seul petit bémol (environnemental) : pourquoi les accessoires sont-ils tous sous sachet plastique, quand tout le reste de l'emballage est en carton gaufré préformé, ce qui est très bien (pas de polystyrène) : alors, soyez cohérents jusqu'au bout, mettez des sachets papier ! La Chaise (S100) se monte aisément (un boulon supplémentaire pour chaque accessoire en cas de problème). Elle répond parfaitement à mes attentes, est très confortable, et il est facile de trouver les bons réglages. Un seul regret, minime : j'aurais aimé pour le dossier une position légèrement plus droite (quelques degrés), de façon à rester en contact avec le dossier en tapant sur un clavier. En revanche, le soutien lombaire est parfait. Peut-être les choses vont-elles s'arranger lorsque les ressorts de ces soutiens se seront assouplis. Avec l'offre Black Friday, c'est vraiment un rapport qualité pris imbattable.

Great customer service. Had a minor issue, contacted the customer service department. They responded that same day and without hesitation solved the issue. Truly impressive service. I will for sure buy their products again when the time comes.

Ho ordinato una Sihoo M18, sedia molto comoda e, ordinata al Black Friday, penso di aver fatto un ottimo affare. Il montaggio è stato semplice ma una volta arrivato ad utilizzarla sono incappato in un “problema di percorso”, ovvero la sedia bloccata in una determinata posizione (causa mia); fortunatamente grazie al supporto del assistenza siamo riusciti a riportarla al funzionamento originale!

When it's time to replace your office chair, we get lost in the dozens of offers on the web. I learned about Sihoo from a friend and chose the C300 for myself. It's not a cheap chair, but it's worth every penny. The chair is super comfortable and I haven't had any more back pain. After a year, the chair stopped rolling properly on the floor. I contacted Sihoo, sent them a video of the problem, and they promptly offered to send replacement parts for the chair since it was under warranty. Magnificent customer service. 5 stars for me.
