Hi Kevin! Thank you for taking the time to flag these items for us and for the support, all things considered - we appreciate you! 🙏 We did recently release a new layout for the invoice, which now offers two options: view line items or view a summary, so they both offer two completely different views, and look a lot different from the old layout. When you have a moment, please reach out to our support team if you haven't already, and we'll be happy to provide more insight and gather more feedback so we can work to make this better for you! 📌 Link for support: https://www.simplywise.com/support

We really appreciate your feedback and love hearing that we’ve been able to help you retire the paper and pencil and bring your estimating workflow into a more streamlined, digital space. Your time is valuable, and we aim to help you make the most of it so you’re not spending hours sitting at a desk working through all the details. We also love hearing that the app has been easy to navigate and that your estimates are getting noticed for their professional presentation. That kind of feedback from your customers speaks volumes and can make a real difference in growing your business. We're working on improving the image render feature as we speak, so feel free to generate any image again until you get the desired look. Thanks again for allowing us to be part of your estimation workflow!

HI Nathan! We love hearing that you’re able to put together a detailed quote before hitting the road. That kind of speed paired with clear breakdowns and a material list can make a big difference in how you present your work and keep projects moving forward without missing a beat! We understand how valuable your time is, so being able to support you in real time while you’re with your customer is exactly what we aim to do.
