Ms.Carmely did a excellent job …
The lady name Carmely was very helpful in assisting filling out the application step by step and Ms.Carmely was also had a lot of patience and answered any questions or concerns I had about the medication. Ms.Carmely explained very well to me so I feel good about the medication taking it now.

I have gained 4 lbs on the Tirzepatide…
I have gained 4 lbs on the Tirzepatide pill form from SkinnyRx. I am going on my 3rd month. The pills do not work- I don’t feel anything on them and now I cannot get anyone from SkinnyRx to call me Back.

We're really sorry to hear the tablets haven't been working for you - that's definitely frustrating. The good news is we also offer injectable form, and a lot of our patients are seeing great results with that option. As far as the callback goes, we do return all calls during business hours, so if you reached out after hours or over the past couple weeks during the holidays, that might explain the delay. We were closed a bit more than usual for Christmas and New Year's. We wish you'd left your full name in the review so we could look into your account and see exactly what's going on. If you give us a call and mention this review, we'll get you transferred to someone who can help switch you over to the injectable or address whatever concerns you have. We appreciate your patience and hope we can get this sorted out for you!

My introduction phone conversation
My introduction phone within an hour after my purchase was great. I spoke with Erwin and he was able to answer any question on shipping, the benefits for traveling abroad with oral meds and what steps I need to make this weight loss journey successful.

Anna from the customer service phone…
Anna from the customer service phone number was professional and quick to resolve my issue (I had trouble submitting my ID when I signed up). She stayed on the line with me and verified that all was complete, resolving the issue in fewer than 10 minutes, start to finish.
