Cancellation process
The prescription process was thorough and easy to complete. However after much thought I decided not to continue with chemical weight loss. Anna made the cancellation process very easy. She was friendly and efficient. I will certainly consider this company if I decide to go this route again

Positive onboarding expereince
Positive onboarding expereince. I had a great onboarding call with Rose. I was called and welcomed to SkinnyRx. They wanted to communicate the process, what to expect, options for support and to let me know there is a team of people working with me on this journey. It was a positive start to what I hope to be the help I need to reach my goal. Also, I had an issue when signing up and accidentally placed two orders. I made a phone call shortly after figuiring out there we two orders and the customer service team resolved the issue and cancelled and refunded the second order immediatelly. It build trust and I look forward to working with the SkinnyRx team

Great experience

Customer Service Severely Lacking
Medication works and delivered promptly. That said communication is awful. Chats never responded to. Emails not replied to. Calls a never ending prompt loop. When you finally do get to speak to someone they are definitely overseas and typically have no answers. It’s very interesting the numerous reviews referencing the same few people. Every time I reach out I get an off shore answering service and the names couldn’t be more different. I will be looking for a different provider moving forward.

Maria was great!
Maria was really kind and informative and I felt like if I had needed to be on the phone longer, she would have happily stayed with me until the end. Very warm person!
