Jennifer is an absolute gem in the world of travel agents! From the moment I contacted her, she provided exceptional customer service. Not only did she patiently explain the nuances between various cruise ships to Alaska and their demographics, but she also explained how to maximize our onboard credits once we set sail. Her genuine care and passion for her clients set Jennifer apart. She didn't just give us a suite; she ensured it was extraordinary, fulfilling my 80-year-old mother's dream. She is an “Angel from Heaven.” In a world where personalized service seems increasingly rare, Jennifer shines brightly as a beacon of excellence.

Kim is our TA for many years now and we hope that she will be also for many years to come. She is very professional, responses very fast to our mails and above all - very nice. We've recommended her to many of our Israeli friends!
