Smarter ContactReviews of smartercontact.com

I've been a real estate investor for over 6 years and I've been using Smarter Contact for the good part of it for marketing and using text. It has been an absolutely great experience and I love using it.

We experienced a billing and account issue that initially took longer than expected to resolve and unfortunately impacted our ability to run campaigns. The early part of the support process was frustrating, particularly because our business relies heavily on the platform. Once Illya became involved, however, the experience changed significantly. He took ownership of the issue, communicated clearly, worked through the billing and account details with us, and ultimately found a fair solution that got us operational again. I particularly appreciated his professionalism and willingness to work through the problem rather than simply providing generic support responses. Smarter Contact is an important part of our business operations, and while I believe the initial support/escalation process could be improved, the way Illya handled the resolution restored my confidence in the company. Thank you, Illya, for the professional support and for seeing the issue through to resolution.

We switched our real estate business over to Smarter Contact from Launch Control and so far it's been fantastic! We're getting a LOT more leads, honestly so many it's a good problem to have. Prosper made the switch easy, walked us through every plan option, and was super responsive whenever we had a question. Highly recommend! 🙌

Title: Organizing vacant land outreach with Smarter Contact We use Smarter Contact at Cook Capital to manage text campaigns for vacant land owners. Having contact lists, message history, and scheduled follow-ups in one place helps us plan outreach and keep track of conversations. We recently scheduled several follow-up rounds, and support explained how to reserve our available SMS credits for future campaigns. We’re still early in using the platform, so we don’t yet have enough results to assess its impact on reply rates or closed deals.

I’ve had a great experience with Smarter Contact, especially for managing high-volume SMS outreach. Before using it, keeping track of large lead lists, replies, and follow-ups took a lot more manual work. Now I can launch campaigns, manage conversations from one organized inbox, and automate follow-ups so interested leads are much less likely to get lost. The platform is straightforward to navigate and has made it much easier to manage thousands of contacts without needing an overly complicated system. I’ve also found the automation and AI features useful for cutting down repetitive work, while the integrations help connect Smarter Contact with the rest of my workflow. Performance has been reliable, and being able to reach and follow up with a large number of prospects efficiently has made the cost worthwhile for me. There are still areas I’d like to see improved. A stronger mobile experience with better notifications would be especially valuable since I’m not always at my computer. I’d also like deeper CRM integrations and more customization within some of the automation and AI features. Overall, Smarter Contact has saved me a significant amount of time and made my SMS outreach much more organized and scalable. The combination of campaign management, automated follow-up, and a centralized inbox has been the biggest benefit for me.
