I have nothing negative to say about Smith Thompson so far. Best prices that I could find, NO contract, and when I called to inquire about setting up service they had someone out within the hour. Great customer service and I feel much safer in my home now.

I am so happy that I chose Smith Thompson Home Security. Their prices are so affordable and competitors can't be beat. The setup was so easy and fast. There's also no contract with them and they give you one free month if you pay for the year. Smith Thompson is a great company and I highly recommend them!

From the get go this was an amazing experience! From setting up installation to the technician. I was able to get the instillation within a couple of days of calling and the technician was in an out within an hour. Gary went over everything with me in detail and answered any questions I had. I added on the app as well. Not to mention the price all of this just for $23 a month and no Contract. I highly recommend this company!!

The team and their services have both been great so far. The installer came within the window that they mentioned, and he called ahead when he was on his way. He was very quick with his setup work and he showed me how everything worked. He didn't even mind when I asked a dozen questions! He told me about some other things I could purchase but was absolutely NOT pushy at all when I said 'no'. And when we accidentally set off the alarm, the woman who called to see what happened was as nice as can be! They are very affordable and they don't lock you into a crazy contract either. Highly recommend!

We recently purchased a new home. The company that installed the alarm system was very expensive for monitoring services so I contacted Smith Thompson. It was a great decision. The sales person on the phone was able to determine that they could monitor my system. The technician that came for the installation was exceptional. He totally checked out the system to ensure it was working and then gave us a very clear walk through on how to use the system and set up its features. I would recommend Smith Thompson to anyone needing alarm monitoring services.
