I have Ben with smithompson Security…18 years
I have Ben with smithompson Security company for 18 years and I have been very satisfied every time I’ve had a problem they took care of it so for me that is the customer service they will don’t fix it stay with the one Mr. Tucker thank you Smith Thompson alarm Co.

the setup process was quick and easy
the setup process was quick and easy, and the technician was explain me slowly and detail. I like the fact that it is no contract and we can cancel anytime. The only thing is the basic plan doesn't include a remote to turn on and off alarm. that's why it didn't get 5 star.

When we chatted with the customer about the remote he was referring to, it was the hand held remote keyfob. Most manufacturers are phasing these out since the smart phone apps are rapidly taking their place, and much better. And we do have the apps available. Thanks!

Why did I wait so long to switch???
Previously had ADT for 14 years, paying almost 3 times as much per month. :( My boss suggested Smith Thompson & I'm so glad he did!! Installation was prompt, quick & easy. Response time to alarm trigger is SIGNIFICANTLY faster than ADT, which makes me feel more secure. Love that it doesn't require a phone line as well. Wish I would have made the switch years ago!

Smith Thompson Home Security is a good company
Smith Thompson Home Security is a good company. For years I had ADT as my home security provider. A month ago I switched to Smith Thompson home security. They were timely with their installation and professional. So far the service has been good.

I'm a fan!
I'm using Smith Thompson Home Security for last 6 years. And I still got their service, when i moved into a new home. Monthly service charges are low, around $18.35. But they make money by replacing your keypads ($39), adding wireless motion sensor ($99) and glass breakage sensors ($99) etc.

Trustworthy, straightforward, Great Customer Service
I compared several home monitoring services and did lengthy comparisons. Bottom line, Smith and Thompson was straight forward w/ their costs and no contracts. The installer was fantastic with a great depth of knowledge and passion for the industry. He even answered my phone call a few days after regarding some questions I had. I started down a cheaper path but there was no service to help with setup. I couldn't have been happier choosing Smith and Thompson.
