Rarely do you have the urge to write a positive review online but after experiencing the service from Smith Thompson I have to tell everyone. They retro fitted my system in an hour and set up monitoring for only $16.95! I'm extremely happy with our top notch security system and plan to be a customer for life!

Going with Smith Thompson was a no brainer. The price is the best in the market (Dallas Ft. Worth) for monitoring and there is no contract. I have always had a good experience when calling customer service.
