As a single woman living alone in an older home, Smith Thomson home security has made me feel safe. The installer was incredibly helpful, friendly and took the time to explain every I needed to know about my security system. Not only that but my payments are cheaper than the last company I used. I am so glad I made the switch!

We decided to use Smith Thompson as our home security because all of our neighbors used them! After they sent out a technician, I understand why all of the people around us use them. The technician was very knowledgable and answered all of my questions. The technician was friendly and trustworthy. Overall, I enjoy having Smith Thompson and will continue to use them.

We recently switched from 20 years of ADT to Smith Thompson. Our install went awesome. Shawn was on-time, extremely polite, informative, and very personable. We have only had service for a week, but it seems to good to be true so far. We are very pleased and wish we had that extra $40 a month we had been sending to ADT for the past 20 years.

Justin(tech) was patient and waited on me to get home from work. He was friendly and very down to earth. As they state, no pressure sales. They just come to do your install, as requested. I asked him for advise on the setup and he helped me out completely. He demonstrated the system after the install to where we all understood it. I couldn't have made a better choice. I did my research and I'm glad I went with SmithThompson.
