I placed an order. Then, while waiting for the device to arrive, I had to make changes to that order. I contacted customer service and heard back from a very knowledge and helpful person the same day. How refreshing! Prompt and helpful! Chris went above and beyond to address my issue. I'm looking forward to receiving and using the device. I'll leave another product review later.

Excellent product on onset. Customer service is excellent and easy to use. Probably better for sleep onset than maintenance, but excited to see what else they come out with.

The device provides a piece of mind as I prepare for sleep which can be difficult at times. It has helped me more consistently coast into sleep. I am a fan.

I love my somnee headband! Their customer service is attentive and quick. They are very understanding and eager to help when anything is wrong. At first I wasn’t feeling like somnee was helping and I almost returned it. They asked why and I explained. They offered to change some settings on their side after hearing my specific issue and it worked. Before somnee I was sleeping 2 hours a night and now I think I probably get a total of 6 hours! Highly recommend! And if you have any problems at all, before you give up on it send them a message and give them a chance to help!

Somnee has really improved my sleep, increasing it by 1–2 hours each night. It did take some time to calibrate to my individual brain patterns, but once that was done, the results were excellent. I now use it just before going to sleep, and it’s made a noticeable difference in the quality and duration of my rest.

Somnee headband: total scam. Paid $400, got a dead hunk of plastic after three weeks. It won’t power up and won't connect. Support? A broken record. Same “try charging it, schedule a 15‑minute call” copy‑paste every single time. Change the electrodes. I already jumped through every hoop. The thing is still a corpse. Asked for a replacement or a refund—straight‑up stonewall. They won’t do either unless I waste more time on their pointless video call. Hours lost swapping electrodes, hard‑resetting, and arguing with canned responses. Zero help, zero accountability. Save yourself the headache: avoid Somnee.

Hi Matt, We’re so sorry to hear you had a less than satisfactory experience with Somnee. We’ve found our step-by-step guides often are the fastest paths to solutions for most of our users, so we start there before escalating. We’re still happy to troubleshoot your issues live on a 1:1 call, and to process a replacement for you if needed. We do offer free returns for the full extent of your 45-day free trial. Since your return request was outside of the return window, we were unable to process a return. Again, we are happy to fulfill your alternate request of sending a replacement. The video call helps us ensure the device is faulty and process your exchange. Please let us know if you’d still like to move forward with an exchange, and we’ll set up a call. Otherwise, thank you for your feedback and wishing you a great day. The Somnee Team

Got my Somnee in mid March 2025. The device worked flawlessly for three months when a part failed. Online support was able to troubleshoot the issue in a video call and immediately sent a new part. The device works wonders in allowing me to fall asleep faster which in turn is allowing me an extra 10-20% more sleep every night. I’m sharper cognitively, stronger physically and significantly less anxious because I’m getting more, better sleep. A week ago had minor surgery on my forehead and couldn’t use my Somnee for eight nights. Couldn’t fall asleep, didn’t stay asleep. Used it again last night, went right out and feel marvelous today. I’m a believer!

Before I started using Somnee, I often struggled to fall asleep—and even when I did, I’d wake up during the night and have trouble getting back to sleep. Since using Somnee (along with keeping my room cool), I fall asleep faster and sleep more deeply. On the rare occasion that I do wake up in the middle of the night, Somnee helps me return to sleep quickly and calmly. Beyond the effectiveness of the device itself, the customer service is outstanding. I've reached out several times with questions, and every time I’ve been impressed by their fast responses and genuine willingness to help. They're generous with their time and clearly care about their customers’ experience. There are plenty of products on the market claiming to improve your sleep—but Somnee is the only one that has actually made a difference for me. I can’t recommend it highly enough.
