Definitely helps me to relax and get to sleep and to get back to sleep when I awake during the night--I've used the device for several years now. I initially received a faulty version of the piece that the electrodes attach to and, when I contacted customer service, they immediately hopped online with me and did some tests to establish what the problem was and sent a replacement, which has worked great since then.

Game changer. I always felt like crap after using OTC or RX pills to help me sleep. I also could rarely wake up on time when I did. Somnee hasn't necessarily added more sleep for me, but it's helped me fall asleep reliably quickly and improve my quality of sleep immensely. Which is actually great for me because as a dad of 2 young kids, I can't exactly sleep for more hours when they're up and at em before sunrise! Grateful this exists.

I received this as a gift to help me sleep. So far so good. I’ve been using Somnee for 2 months now. This is a product you have to be consistent with. I’ll keep using it and feel positive that I’ll get more good nights of good sleep. Good sleep is so important for health, so I’m glad I found this product. I recommend this product to people who struggle with sleep issues.

Ordered Somnee based on 30 day trial period. Almost at the end of trial period, my physician has determined I have a sleep disorder, and Somnee is not helping in any way possible. Contacted Somnee for the 30 day trial period only to be met with a cold response. First of all, Somnee customer service response has no name, only Customer Service. In the email response, I was told 30 days began at time of order AND NOT upon activation of device after arrival. The shipping time will be deducted from you 30 days. Second, there was no mention of the 1 year membership required for cancellation. Or offer to cancel. I had to ask independently to cancel. Sad experience as I had hope for this device only to be met with roadblocks one after another. Be careful before you pay about $450 at first shipment.

I tried using the Somnee sleep product and it was a terrible experience. Using the product reduced my hours slept SIGNIFICANTLY. Reaching out to Somnee’s support department was an exercise in frustration as well. The company has a 30 day trial and refund policy but I had to write and request a return label REPEATEDLY and it was starting to feel like the company was trying to run out the clock so they wouldn’t have to refund me my purchase price. After much effort, I got the return label and sent everything back to Somnee two weeks ago. It’s been radio silence from this company since then, there has been no update on receiving my return and no refund to date. This whole experience has felt like one big scam. I would avoid doing business with this company unless you want one endless exercise in frustration and disappointment.

I've been using my Somnee since November 2023 (and haven't missed a night since then). The time it takes for me to fall asleep is noticeably shorter and my awake time during the night is also considerably shorter. I'm SO happy with my Somnee device and grateful for the impact it's had on my slepp
