My dentist usually cleans my night guard and advises that I should/could do a better job of cleaning the night guard. I put it off for years thinking it was fine just using a toothbrush. I finally got the sonic pro that they recommended and wow why did I wait? Device is cleaner and actually looks more sanitary. And the mint rinsing tabs add I nice touch.

Hi Sonic Dental, I love the product and use it regularly, it helps keep our tooth brush heads, and gum guards very, very clean. You can feel the difference I have spoken with Grace, on a few occasions and she has always come to a swift, fair resolution with the situations we have encountered. The customer service has always been very good, and I think compliments should be given for the level of service, professionalism, and coming to a swift mutual agreement for both parties. It is a great product, and the customer service team care and want to help. I would buy again, and recommend, as it is now apart of our oral hygiene routine. Easy to order. Fast secure delivery. My Sonic Dental Pro is so sleek and beautiful I leave it out on my counter. It does such a great job cleaning and my night guard sparkles when done. I feel very confident that I am putting a germ free guard in my mouth each night.

Bonjour, le 20 avril j’ai passé une commande concernant un appareil sonic dental pro. La commande n’ayant pas été expédiée après 2 semaine et suite à une réclamation de ma part auprès du service client, un arrangement a été trouvé. Sonic m’a proposé de m’envoyer dans surcoût un modèle supérieur et plus cher qui était disponible en stock, ainsi qu’un cadeau en dédommagement J’attends maintenant que ma commande arrive pour mettre une cinquième étoile à mon avis et vous faire part à mon avis sur le produit. En tout cas, Sonic dental a réussi à regagner ma confiance, on réagissant rapidement et on trouvant une solution commerciale.
