Hello Kasey! I am so sorry for this inconvenience, I assure you that we are not a scam! As we have posted on our website, we have just recently moved into a bigger warehouse, and so due to that we haven't been able to fulfill orders as quickly as we normally do. We are now fully moved in, however we are still behind due to such high demand right now. We know that you were wanting these outfits for a photo shoot, and we're so sorry it didn't make it to you. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves our warehouse, but we do everything we can to protect our customers, which is why we have that insurance policy. Hi Dakota, thank you so much for this honest and constructive review. This gives us a lot to think about and where we need to improve. We apologize we let you down and the service we offered did not meet your expectations. To address a few of your concerns, yes, we have had to increase our prices very gradually over the past few years given an increase in supply cost, manufacturing costs, shippings costs, labor costs, inflation, etc. We keep our prices as low as we possibly can, while also maintaining a sustainable and profitable business. Price increases are a necessary evil, and every business in the world has been forced to do the same in recent years. Shipping speeds for our most economic shipping option have, unfortunately, gotten slower as well thanks to the situation the world is in, which has been out of our control. We still package and ship all orders from our warehouse within 1-2 business days, but delays can happen with shipping carriers that we can't control. We offer faster shipping options for an added cost, but small companies like us will never be able to compete with companies like Amazon in terms of shipping speed and convenience. We are, however, searching for where we can find the best rates possible with more reasonable shipping speeds, so we should see some improvements there soon! Most businesses that offer free shipping do so by hiding shipping costs by increasing the prices of their products to offset the cost. In an effort to be more transparent and to show what you're paying for when ordering from us, we keep our product prices low, and show you the true cost of what you're paying in shipping. We actually lose money on shipping, so we are making no profit from the rates we charge for shipping. Returns are something we are actively trying to improve. We are taking a deep dive into where we're going wrong, and how we can improve. Mainly with return shipping. We will find a better solution hopefully in the near future to improve on this front, also. Again, we apologize for the poor experience you have had with our business and appreciate honest the feedback! We take reviews like this very seriously and will do everything we can to improve.
