You're very welcome, always my pleasure! 💜

Its not ok when people write a bad review for this wig shop when the wig they bought doesnt fit their head or the wig is too shiny etc etc....This is NOT the salons fault! Hopefully everybody understands that they dont manufacture these wigs. When u give a bad review it drags the otherwise perfect score of this great salon down for no good reason. If you want to do a wig review then go on Youtube or Instagram and talk bad about the wig.

I want to thank you for how passionately you expressed your feelings here. I assure you, this is a powerful gesture and it means a lot to us, so thank you so much for the love. The purpose of TrustPilot's platform is for people to speak freely and openly about their experiences and we embrace that wholeheartedly. We want to know when our customers are happy and we do love hearing all about that, it makes our day every single time! Whenever there is a problem, though, we want to know so that we can fix it. If we don't know, then we don't have that opportunity to help someone, improve our processes, and refine the exceptional service that we always strive to provide. Thank you so much for your loyalty and kindness. It is always our pleasure to serve you.

Shipping was quick and the product looks like good quality. BUT the cap is WAY too small. There is no stretch around the outer edge and there is no way to get it on. I'm really disappointed because the concept is good but $25 is a lot for something I can't use.

I am so sorry to hear that you are not happy! This is a wig grip cap so it is intended to fit snugly, but it does have a velcro adjuster in the back. I'm not sure if you tried adjusting that or not, but these do fit most people when adjusted properly. If you would like assistance, we are happy to video chat with you anytime. Please feel free to reach out to us at [email protected]. It is our pleasure to assist you and we do hope that you will give us an opportunity to help you. We want you to be able to use it! 💖

They answered all my questions in a timely manner & were more than helpful & accommodating. I mentioned that another vendor offered me a discount & they not only matched it but gave me additional % off. Purchase was streamlined & shipping was fast. So happy with my purchase & will purchase again!!
