Most things are fine, but "whole" bay leaves were in tiny pieces...their response to my pictures was to quote a disclaimer that they may not be fully intact. These are not usable to tie as one normally would, but will be a strain to use! Bay leaves are not a huge problem...response is

Highly reputable company and excellent customer service. The only thing in particular that I would like to see from the company is the opportunity to order less than a 1 oz. pkg of the product. And, it would be nice if they offered spice jars on their website.
