I submitted the claim and it was processed and direct deposited within 2 days of submittal. Great customer service.

I have tried a couple of different pet…
I have tried a couple of different pet insurance companies but Spot is the easiest, smoothest, amazing company I have dealt with thus far. As long as you are able to help provide them the info they request the process is flawless and effortless. Seriously, thank you for being such a wonderful genuine hassle free pet insurance company. It has been effortless to put in claims and it’s always easy to get someone on the phone to explain benefits and how everything works and they have made it even simpler with the app on the phone that you can login and see everything about your account
