They shipped me two completely dead plants. These were not plants that simply dried out during transit — they arrived bone-dry, brittle, and clearly long past saving. In my opinion, they had been dead for quite some time before they were ever boxed and shipped. The customer service experience was just as bad. I reached out multiple times seeking a refund and was ignored for my first three attempts. After nearly a month, they finally responded and offered store credit instead of a refund — and then only issued credit for one of the two dead plants. This was an absolutely terrible experience from start to finish: poor product quality, poor fulfillment, poor communication, and poor resolution. I would not recommend ordering from this company. At best, this was careless and unacceptable. At worst, it felt deceptive.

The packaging for these 3 forsythia "twigs" was horrible. The wonderful delivery service that you choose had them riding around in their truck for 2 days and then delivered them upright. Needless to say the piece of brown paper you put in the box did nothing to stop them from falling to the bottom on top of each other. If I had read your reviews prior to buying them, you would never have gotten my business, and won't be getting it again

I was not given free shipping costs as advertised so I cancelled the order March 11th 2026 as recommended by customer services. Since the order was cancelled the same day I placed it I was thinking all is well. Without my permission the order was re-opened on March 13th. Myself and my credit card company have reached out to Spring Hill nursery to no avail. They have not communicated with me since March 11th. They allowed a $21.95 shipping charge to interfere with a $142 order. These people have no integrity. UPDATE: On May 1st I was successful in receiving a credit to my credit card account.🤑

I purchased 24 mammoth mums last spring with the understanding that they were developed to withstand the harsh winter of the Midwest. I planted in the spring and replaced the ones that never came up. Now it’s mid April and of the 24 only 3 survived the winter and I even covered the root balls with 3” of mulch last fall. Very disappointed with the mammoth mums and would not recommend purchasing.

BE CAREFUL!! They sell you things they do not have. I ordered a ROSE TREE for my wife's birthday towards the end of March. I also ordered a smaller rose root cutting I really did not want to avoid the shipping charges. The smaller rose root came in 2-3 weeks. I waited another week and called out of curiosity as to when the ROSE TREE I actually wanted would ship or arrive. The rep from a call center told me 'NEXT YEAR'!! I asked again, he repeated, 'next year, 2027' It would probably ship NEXT January. That is absurd. No email, nothing telling me that. Glad I called. I requested a refund. I will update on how that goes...

Just about the worst customer service there is. There is no customer service. You are warned. DO NOT DO BUSINESS

Ordered a month ago. No plants no customer service

I ordered $200 worth of plants in February, and only received one item. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times with no answer. I just called and got a very rude agent who told me the rest would ship in 7-10 business days which would get them here at the end of April. After reading the reviews, I am concerned that I may not get them at all, or that they will arrive too late to plant! I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!
