Andrew was very knowledgeable and helpful and guided me through my process of getting my first hearing aids. I would highly recommend Andrew and Hear For You. It was a wonderful experience.

Weekly appts after receiving the hearing aids was very helpful and informative. No one knows what to expect and what is normal. Chris listened to concerns, made adjustments as needed. Great customer service. Loving being able to hear.

My very pricey pair stopped charging in month 10. I had several issues from the first month. I called Starkey customer support and was told, take them to a local dealer. I have a 6 year old pair of Sonics that perform better. Save your money & skip Starkey. Purchased May 2025. Update: I took hearing aids & charger to local dealer who sold them to me. They kept them 1 hour and said the charger needed cleaning which they claimed they did. The charger stays closed unless I am placing the hearing aids in or taking them out. After cleaning and charging (blinking charging lights are on when I close, when I open, no light on the right hearing aid and not charged). This is a cheap product that you are getting ripped off paying $6,000 for. Just go with a less expensive brand. Save your money.

The Starkey hearing aids are very good, but the batteries that the company provides with the hearing aids are a nightmare to open. They are in childproof packaging that is also "adultproof". It takes me over 15 minutes to open a package, rips my fingernails, and causes small cuts to fingers. I have spoken to 8 other adults who have these batteries supplied by Starkey, and they all say the same thing. It is ridiculous!
