Loved the service from Carter Hearing. Was discouraged to have to send back my new ids for a problem and then got the wrong hearing aids back from you. Not even the right color ids came back originally. Finally it all got sorted out I think.

All sort of excuses. Bad customer service. My hearing aids were still under warranty (just before the 2 year warranty lapsed) and now they don't care. Just not interested. Well, that's me done. Starkey sucks. Pity it cost me an arm and a damn leg.

My hearing aids are comfortable, discreet, and allow me to participate in conversations easily. I didn’t realize how much I had been missing until I got my hearing aids.
